ResOnline heightened the issue to Airbnb (Airbnb IT Case 199194) where Airbnb is allowing bookings to go through regardless of the inventory that ResOnline is forwarding. This may have resulted that your Airbnb extranet calendar may not have been displaying the correct inventory. Due to this case, it is minimising the ability for ResOnline to send availability changes or stop sells through to Airbnb.


Issue resolved 

10.00 am - Monday 6th July 2020

We have received a confirmation from Airbnb team, that the calendar issue should be resolved and was fixed with the rollout was completed just before the weekend. 

You may now relink your ResOnline account with Airbnb if you have disconnected.
