How does it work?

Eligible properties are able to apply to be listed on Airbnb via ResOnline. Properties will be able to import and map all content, inventory and rates to new or existing listings in Airbnb via ResOnline Distribution.  By connecting to Airbnb via ResOnline, it’s even easier to add new listings and manage your inventory on Airbnb. Save time by maintaining calendars, rates and listing details all in the one place.

Once connected, your pricing and availability will update on Airbnb daily. Avoid wasting time on following up enquiries for periods already booked out and drive more bookings by having up-to-date pricing and availability.

What properties can list on Airbnb?

Private self-contained holiday homes, cottages and apartments can list on Airbnb. 

Can I list my hotel on Airbnb?

Airbnb is looking for properties that offer a personalised guest experience, such as highly-rated boutique hotels, lodges, bed & breakfasts and serviced apartments.
