The LIVN connection controls the data between multiple third party systems. There are some set fields which MUST be filled out as a minimum. These fields are generally the following

Guest First Name
Guest Last Name
Valid Email
Valid Phone number

IMPORTANT: If a booking is attempted and data is not supplied for one of these fields, or is supplied in an incorrect format, then an error will occur (an error will occur at the 'make a booking' step).

As a result, you need to ensure that the required booking form fields are set as mandatory for at least online bookings in order to minimise these errors. It is also recommended to have these fields set to mandatory internally or advise staff these fields are required to be filled out for Livn bookings.
