Agoda reads extra adults slightly differently to other channels. They read and accept either full occupancy or max plus 1 bed.

This Twin Room is an example of the correct setup for Agoda:

This Double room has extra adult charges when no extra adults are allowed - these need to be removed/changed to 0

This Twin Plus room (Family room on Agoda) is the main issue. As Agoda can only accept either  full occupancy or max plus 1 bed they can not read 2 standard and 4 max as this is 2 extra beds. The best way to handle this one is to either send 2 standard and 3 Max or 4 standard.
