You can now setup Bed and Bath configurations in your ResOnline account.  Our help guide will assist you for the initial setup requirements. 

These new features will be sent to Vacation Rental channels that take ResOnline's full content, like Airbnb and HomeAway, per mapped listing.

To set up Bed and Bath configurations in your ResOnline account:

1. Login to your ResOnline account and select your Room and Rates Icon

2. Under the Room Name (blue Icon) for each listing, once you go to save you will now see Bedrooms and Bathrooms Configurations for the "Qty of Bedrooms and Bathrooms" selected under the Room Details:

3. Under each of the Bedroom configurations, once expanded, you will now be able to :

• Label the Bedroom Name,  
• Select the Bedroom Type  from a drop down list
• Tick-on if Ensuite is applicable for this Room
• Select a Default/Standard bedding configuration for each room i.e: King Bed
• Repeat the process for each of your Bedrooms on your individual rooms/listings. 
• Save Changes
• Repeat the process for all of your Rooms/listings.

Please note that "New Bedding Config" allows guests to select a bedding configuration other than the default.  i.e. Default is King, but the guest chooses a King Zip.  This setting has been developed for future implementation on OTAs, but does not current feed to any OTA.

4. Under the each of Bathroom configurations, once expanded, you will now be able to :

• Select the Bathroom Type from the drop down list. i.e: Bathroom or Ensuite
• Don't forget to tick Ensuite under the Bedroom Name is applicable for that Room number
• Select bathroom configuration for each bathroom  ie: Toilet & Bath
• Repeat the process for each of your bathrooms on your individual rooms/listings
• Save Changes
• Repeat the process for all of your Rooms/listings.

Please note: Vacation Rental channels like Airbnb and HomeAway can only accept the Default/Standard Bedding configuration per mapped listing at this time.
