To Activate ResOnline Channel Manager in Booking.com:

1. Login to your Booking.com account
2. Access Channel Manager section from Accounts in the top-right corner
3. Click on the 'Connect your Channel Manager' button to begin setting up a connection
4. Select 'ResOnline' from the list
5. Fill out the information for the XML service agreement
6. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, click accept. 
   • DO NOT RESET CONNECTION. You will receive an email when your account is ready to continue.
7. Once you have received the email that ResOnline has accepted the connection request repeat steps 1-3 then click 'I confirm connection with provider'

The next process is to map the rate plans:

1. Login to your ResOnline account
2. Navigate to Distribution->Booking.com
3. Enter your Property ID only and click on 'Fetch Rooms'
4. Match the appropriate rate plans on the right with the packages on the left
5. Save changes.
